Erie Episcopal presents Literature and Faith of the Black American Experience
February 4 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Join us as we explore the intersection of literature and faith through four key cultural periods: Slavery, Reconstruction, Civil Rights and Black Lives Matter. Professor Matt Darling, PhD. and Professor Laura Rutland, PhD. both faculty members at Gannon University, will encourage us to consider how faith, literature, and historical context shape the Black American experience, offering insights into resilience, resistance, and the search for dignity. This will be offered at St. Mark’s on Tuesday Evenings (February 4, 11, 18, 25) beginning at 6:00 P.M. Don’t miss this incredible opportunity! Contact Carly for more details.
